These guys are true honest professionals! Had a steering issue on my Lexus RX 350 and they were able to do a great job... for 1/2 the price that the Lexus dealer wanted me pay; the owner had to communicate and go to the dealer for a part and the dealer parts person encouraged him to change a whole part that was not needed and charge me more so Lexus could get more sales. The owner refused to cheat me. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the repair and thank God the day I came across this business. Thank you guys!read more

My husband and I brought our SUV in for a few services recently and we were beyond satisfied with the overall... experience. They did everything in a timely manner and even offered us a ride home while the car got worked on. We thought we needed a new bulb for one of the headlights but they called to say it didn't need to be replaced and they got it working. It must have just been loose- their honesty was amazing! We are a long time resident of Hollywood and had some bad experiences with auto mechanics in the area until we went and... met with Israel for a brake problem in my wife’s car.

I had my ABS unit go bad in my 2009 F150. After going to a ford service department, and getting an estimate worthy of... refinancing my house, I looked for other solutions. I happened to find Brake Kingdom because of its reviews. This place is legitimate. I drove an hour and a half to get there, due to the extremely reasonable price and the extreme professionalism of Israel. Israel offered to take my truck in and have it repaired in around 3 hours. That is exactly what it took, and about $600 less than what the dealership tried to take me for. Not only was Israel professional, but his technicians were also. Went to Brake Kingdom after seeing so many great reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a solid old school shop with... honest mechanics. Israel is the best. He gives you a complete breakdown of the work with no bs. The work is not cheap, but quality rarely is and the prices are fair and in line with what you should expect with a decent mechanic. A special shout out to Carlos who did an amazing job and got my brakes back to top condition. I will definitely come back when my car needs service.read more

After a regular oil changed at Jiffy Lube I was present with a proposal to replace my front brake pads and brake fluid... for $300 dlls . According to them I was at 3mms pad thickness and didn't look good. Then I did some research in Google and called Brake Kingdom , Israel pick up the phone and next morning he checked all my car brake system . I was in shocked when he said everything looks fine you still have a good 4 months in the break pads . I almost cry because I just separated from my wife and don't have a Job now. It is really hard to find honest people in this days , I would definitely bring my car back in the future , Thank you so much Israel .read more

I have never been happier to get something resolved with my car. As someone with not a lot of knowledge about cars, it... is easy to be taken advantage of especially at places like "TiresPlus" or "Pep Boys." Israel and Carlos took care of me the moment I got to to Brake Kingdom. Within minutes they were able to figure out what was wrong with my car and put on a new set of brake pads immediately. They were done within 30 minutes. They were extremely welcoming and genuine. They explained and demonstrated what needed to be done and the job they eventually completed thoroughly. I went to see Israel thinking I needed a new battery. Instead of charging me for the battery, he first ran a test to... verify that the battery was still good. So I used that money on new brake pads. I respect his honesty and I will be going back for other vehicle work in the future.read more

Israel and the other staff were all excellent!! If you want integrity and honesty at a fair price, this is the place. I... took my vehicle in for an issue with my brakes and battery that kept losing power (which also lost power again in the parking lot when I arrived). They were able to fit me in right away and tell me what the issues were quickly. They were honest with me when I asked to have all the brake pads replaced. They informed me that I had at least a few more months to drive on the front brake pads if I didn’t want to replace them right then. Everything was taken care of and repaired within a few hours or less and all at a reasonable price. Hands down, I’ve found my new vehicle maintenance team in South Florida.read more

Felt at ease. Israel speaks Spanish, that is always a plus. Told me about the diagnostic´s charge $60 just to check on... the red lights that had been on since December and at another place was charged $85 to put the machine on. Over all, service was great, they did what I needed changed, it was more than what I was expected to pay today but it was absolutely necessary and I know for a fact than anywhere else, it would be 30-50% more. I found out about this shop via reviews I read online in seperate platforms. Everything I read was great and I am... always very hesitant to get work done somewhere without others explaining having a good experience first. I live about 35 minutes from this location so I called to coordinate a brake job. I spoke with a kind gentleman by the name of Israel who greeted me and explained everything to me very thoroughly. He was clear and concise not ommiting any details at all. He was upfront on the phone about the pricing and the work. I decided to go ahead to have my brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and brake fluid flushed/changed.
I arrived and immediately received welcoming service. The job was completed timely and everything was explained well before starting. Very affordable price for the work completed with no issues. I would recommend this shop for all who appreciate great and honest service.read more

I had a flat tire yesterday morning and was next door at the gas station. Being by myself I didn’t really have any... help and the air wouldnt stay in the tire to get home. After reading the great reviews online I needed to check out this place. My 2006 MB 230 was in need of breaks sensors... and oil change. I could have not been more happy with my decision. Mr. Israel is one of the old school type honest and well educated mechanics I ever met. Four rotors four breaks and sensors with the oil change in 3 hour time. Incredible and very, very reasonable price. Thank you Mr. Israel for your outstanding service. You will have my families business for a long time to come.
Just had my wife's MB 2010 C 300 sport shocks replaced, service, gas pump, break replacement. Total professional job. Very reasonable and best customer service ever. This was just now 2019/02/12. I highly recommend Israel and his business.

I recently moved from suburban Chicago to Hallandale Beach and heard of Brake Kingdom from looking at Google reviews,... which were excellent. I read about the great reviews of Brake Kingdom and its owner, Israel Avila. I went to Israel to have an oil change and my car checked for brakes, fluids, etc. My results from this initial visit were excellent! Israel did all of the things I asked of him and even was honest enough to tell me my brakes were still good and did not lie to try to get me to pay for something I didn't need. That is honesty and service at its best! Bottom line: if you want an honest, professional auto shop to go to, GO to Brake Kingdom. You can thank me later!!

I hardly review automotive services but once in a while I find good ones that are worth mentioning. Brake Kingdom is... one of them.
My car one day started making this screeching noise and I knew it was coming from the brakes. I consulted the closest Lexus dealer first and the advisor told me that I would need to change the pads and rotors. It was going to cost around $800 for the four. FYI, I also work for a dealer and its common practice to upsell the customer. However, I'm also friends with several mechanics and they always suggest to get quotes from independent mom and pop shops. Glad I listened and found Brake Kingdom on Yelp. It has decent reviews so I decided to go for it.
I called and within one ring, the shop owner picked up. He asked me a few questions about what I hear or feel when I press the brakes on my car and gave me quote for a pair of brake pad replacement. I told him that I'll be at his shop at 9:30am the following day. It's not the cleanest or most organized shop so I was a bit worried, to be honest. The owner said that it will probably take about 1 1/2 hours so I just Ubered to the gym to kill time. Around 11am, he called to let me know that my car was ready. My bill was $187 including labor and taxes. Wow! I just saved about $600! He said that I didn't need to change the rotors, just the front brake pads and the back ones will need to be replaced in about 2 months.
Needless to say, I was happy with his honesty and for saving me time and money. It's about a month now and my replacement brake pads still perform good as new. I will definitely come back here and get my back pads replaced in about a month.read more
